Changes

• Added update channel separation: latest and stable.
• Added NOVIJ_PACKAGE_CHANNEL=stable support to the installer.
• Added novij-telegram update --channel stable support.
• Added the UPDATES_CHANNEL setting for auto-updates.
• Added latest/, releases/, stable/, and stable-releases/ to the package site.
• Added Russian and English HTML patch note pages for channels and releases.
• Updated the package-site home page with Russian and English language switching.

Update

• No action is required to keep the current behavior: the default channel is latest.
• To keep auto-updates on stable builds only, set:

UPDATES_CHANNEL=stable

• One-off update from the stable channel:

sudo novij-telegram update --channel stable

Compatibility

• Existing configs without UPDATES_CHANNEL continue to work and are treated as latest.
• Existing UPDATES_BASE_URL values with a channel in the URL are normalized automatically.
• Existing installer usage without NOVIJ_PACKAGE_CHANNEL continues to install latest.
